I did, I've looked for this language, but haven't been able to find it. Not saying it's not there, just I have never been able to find it and want some help.

Those of us they live in GOP territory don't get sick days.

I'm more surprised 16 years and they don't just call off regardless and then ask their local buddies and stewards what's up.

Worse case scenerio is a warning letter, and you'd be able to tank any remaining sick days by getting on FMLA.
