We have some drivers that had custom hats made, their names or nicknames are embroidered on the back. My wife has an embroidering machine, and you aren't supposed to copy registered trademarks without permission. They actually have software where you can take a photo of something and its converted into commands for sewing threads with different colors into the design. I just wear the uniform cap when its raining.
