What does it say for Philly that you are the person that makes up the minds of your co-workers? They seem weak if you're the one that directs their choices.

If it is a 6th punch for straight time it would be. If it were Sunday at straight, concession. But a five day work week that just happens to include a Saturday I would not consider a concession being that it's been in the contract for decades.
