I once had a guy whose name suddenly changed when he signed. I asked what was up with that and learned that he'd recently gotten a divorce and took back his birth name.

I'm not making this up. He had been married to a gal with 5 sisters and no brothers. Her father had lamented never having had a son to carry on the family name. My signer had taken his wife's name to rectify that.
Guess their kids kept the mother's name after the divorce.
I thought it rather manly actually.
And don't know how the irrelevant picture got in this.
