Yes.
Biodiesel can be made from algae, which can thrive in brackish or even salt water. All it needs is sunlight and CO2. It can also be made from hemp or rapeseed, both of which can grow in poor soil and arid conditions. There is no need to devote good cropland to biodiesel production.

Watch for higher food prices (esspecially corn) because of the drought.
Obama is to blame.
He seems to make up all world commodity prices.
If China and India (the highest populated countries in the world), continue to drive more cars than ever in their history (and use up more of the worlds oil supply) - Obama is to blame !

As the USA continues to spend spend spend, the Treasury will continue to print print print - Printing more money devalues the $ $ $ and goods such as oil that are traded in US $$$ will be adjusted upward to absorb the difference. So inflation will continue and transportation costs rise and the price is passed on to the goods and services affected causing more inflation and eventually hyper-inflation.
Spending without a budget and borrowing and printing money to pay for it causes inflation. This goes back to the two previous administrations BUT one was a war president and the other is Robin Hood.
We need to put an administration in office with an entirely different policy to reduce deficit spending and move toward a balanced budget and has a realistic plan to reduce the deficit. Without that gas will continue to rise and America will eventually not be able to borrow and print it's way out of this mess which will create chaos and security issues for our country.
