Actually I did read the source of the article, and quoted the author. He refers to 'human induced climate change' and 'mean climate warming'.
As usual, you didn't check the source and lashed out blindly, very typical.

NOAA also claimed the warmest July ever was July 2012. That was until july1936. They can't get it right. Computer models are inaccurate, remember the east Anglia hockey stick model that was fabricated? The biggest factor in warming or cooling is Mr Sun. Always has been and always will be until it burns itself out.
