e been throwing it out unfortunately since I use it once a year . I know you have to strain it and store it inside and reuse at least one more time

I cooked with It last weekend. it was almost frozen all week. Just re heated it,and letting it cool down now.

If you cooked meat in it...I wouldn't store it for more than a few weeks...if you're not gonna use it again in a month, I say throw it out, or it could go rancid and you could get sick.
Do you know how much peanut oil,you use? and the cost?
I had it at 350 for 15 minutes today...just wanna keep it for awhile.

Yes, I know it's expensive. You mean the peanut oil you used for the chicken? It should be fine for you to use for Thanksgiving...that was only like a week ago. You'll know if it goes bad...you can smell it when you heat it.
