Why is it that their system is so wildy inaccurate but they will never admit its flaws? Because management has no idea about these routes. They all think they know but they dont. My sup tried to tell me 175 stops is an 8hour day on my route lol. Then when I come back 13 hours later they want to act like i took too long. Lol losers. I just keep 9.5ing and filing 8hr request grievances till management stops trying their bs with me and move on to some new guy. But I try to educate new drivers too. There are afew still with that tough guy super driver attitude but I think they will break soon. Took over a year to break integrad robot #1 and it took him almost being fired for that to happen
