It appears you are talking about ‘drop offs’ or when a customer drops off a package at The UPS Store.
Drivers have no idea.

any driver who picks up from a ups store would have a fairly good idea

i can say that for the 3-4 in my area, 150-200 picked up a day is a pretty fair average, and the far majority of those are drop offs. maybe 20-30 are processed shipments. certain times of year will boost these numbers, peak of course, and also beginning/end of school years when people are sending textbooks back. might pick up 50 chegg boxes a day
