Also from what I've seen managers are moved around all the time. I've been here 4 years and am on my 4th center manager now. ORS get moved around even more. I have literally lost track of the ORS I have seen come and go in 4 years.

$100-120k for a manager, I think

Management wouldn't abuse the hell out of that, would they? No timeclock, no way this is happening. I'm in a small center and my ors and center manager don't work 8 hrs combined. (Except during peak, the rest of the year is like a resort for them).
