I completed the preloader tour..

I did the tour Tuesday night for the preloaded position. There was over 20 applicants there as well. The HR rep held 5 back for interviews at the end. HR then told us they would be doing interviews on Wednesday between 12-2 and to check our emails to see when we should show up. If we didn't get an interview on Wednesday that they email us for interviews on Thursday. It's Friday and still no email. Would you guys reccomend trying to just show up there and get the one on one or should i just wait to hear back from HR? Hope someone has some good advise...thanks!

No, the rep just said we have your emails and would be getting back to us in the next couple of days.

Don't just randomly show up to the ups center but try using Google for a phone number. Make a call if you've not heard anything back within a week after the walk through.

Be happy you're probably still on their hire list .
You just have to wait until those that did get hired up and quit .
Most new hires don't last very long , seeing how physically & emotionally demanding our jobs can be on a unprepared generation .
