its the employers fault, not the workers. Then you shouldn’t take the job if you don’t agree.
capitalism, like slavery and state communism, is not a perfect system.
the ones who bust their butt usually dont have a class consciousness.

How is it the employers fault? If they say, I will give you $20 an hour for you to do X, Y, and Z, and you agree to it, how are they wrong?its the employers fault, not the workers.

bc theyre paying me by the hour regardless of how much i pretend to work. the employer needs to find a way to incentivize workers to stop pretending to work. 1989 rec'd micromanaging. fear could be another option. paid by my productivity could be another. How is it the employers fault? You are an adult. Why would you need fear to motivate you? You’re not in India with a boss standing over you with stick in hand. They incentivize you by paying you the agreed upon amount by the hour. If you’re not performing as YOU agreed, that is YOUR failing, not theirs.bc theyre paying me by the hour regardless of how much i pretend to work. the employer needs to find a way to incentivize workers to stop pretending to work. 1989 rec'd micromanaging. fear could be another option. paid by my productivity could be another.
the employer is the one pushing a failed system like state communism was, not me.
well its a poor incentive if you want to call it that. its cause and effect. we can agree to contracts and terms all day, but if theyre not working out, then who or what is to blame? You are an adult. for example: you can set whatever ridiculous terms you like, and i can agree to them regardless of me being honest or not, and if i fail where does the blame lie?You are an adult. If you receive no training to help you fulfill the terms, it’s on the employer. If you fail just because you don’t feel like it or you’re too dense to pass the training, it’s on you.for example: you can set whatever ridiculous terms you like, and i can agree to them regardless of me being honest or not, and if i fail where does the blame lie?
if your terms are ridiculous enough, then no one will be able to achieve them.
or maybe the employer is setting terms so high that no one can succeed. and then its solely the employers fault. they can set unachievable terms, train the worker, and the worker will fail because the terms were unachievable to begin with.If you receive no training to help you fulfill the terms, it’s on the employer. Why haven’t you started your own business?or maybe the employer is setting terms so high that no one can succeed. and then its solely the employers fault.
havent thought of anything worth starting. i have no plans on it.Why haven’t you started your own business?
I bet he’s not.ralph nader also now saying 50% of all families are poor and unemployment rate fictitious.
The blame lies solely upon the one who did not fulfill their end of the contract. when you are old enough for responsibility, you might understand.well its a poor incentive if you want to call it that. its cause and effect. we can agree to contracts and terms all day, but if theyre not working out, then who or what is to blame?
id imagine theres alot in common between north america and india.
Employers aren't laying traps for employees. They want you to succeed so that they succeed. Sounds like you're making excuses for your own failures.or maybe the employer is setting terms so high that no one can succeed. and then its solely the employers fault. they can set unachievable terms, train the worker, and the worker will fail because the terms were unachievable to begin with.

OK Ricky, have it your way. Companies aren't interested in making money. They started their businesses so that they could lure unsuspecting innocents in to eff with their lives. They don't want you to be come as efficient and productive as possible. It's fun to see you stumble through your day and they give high fives all around when you hurt yourself on the job. Happy now?sure they do. ive worked in unsafe work places.
