They aren't slaves Ricky. Start your companies and invite corporate employees to work for, er, with you. You want capitalism to end? Prove a better way and people will flock to you. You certainly believe that, right?
slavery still exists along side capitalism even though we both agree capitalism is better. so your second point is moot.

you dont understand.

but you have the right idea that its about people working together, not employer employee relationships

So go your own way and prove the capitalists wrong. Start your own business.

We need a social movement to build anti capitalist economy. govt can strengthen anti capitalist economy with policy
The folly of in this statement is the idea that the government will do anything other than strengthen the government. Why do you continue to believe it would be any different when it never is ever?

No no. cmon. when govts pass vacation laws, it strengthens workers. question is wat convinced govts to pass 6 weeks paid vacation laws in the first place? did they just vote on it out of nowhere? Or was it a strong labor movement that pressured them to do it.

Italy has a law called marcora law. it supports workers working together, not capitalist employer employee

If you run your own business you can decide how much time you can take off. Workers will flock to you to get the great benefits. You can give 6 weeks a year plus 100% company paid medical plus retirement at 50. You'll be a smash hit. Everyone will have to match you to keep their employees. So go ahead, start your company. Have all your friends start one too. When the government sees how many that is doing it the new way they'll gladly.jump onboard. All it takes is a brave person like you to start the revolution.

It’s troubling that you believe you need a government to give and take things from you at their will, you will always be beholden to them. The very thing you’re asking for is no different than the very thing you have now, it just has a different name.

yea youre right -> if workers run their business and vote on it, then they will likely give themselves more time off than a greedy capitalist would!

govt can help. but they wont help unless a strong labor movement makes them. govt is currently captures by giant corporations who plan the economy.

And yet their president decides on a whim that he can change the rules? You don’t think he will do it again and again and again? Of course he will. They just keep moving the Overton window.
the struggle never ends.

but the difference between the french and north americans, is the french got worker movements to make those in power afraid. we dont.

Then by all means shut the greedy capitalist out by starting a competing business where all the money goes to the workers. After paying taxes of course. Paying for raw goods. Paying insurance premiums. Rent on the building. There should be plenty left over to pay yourselves well and support your 50 year old retirees with plenty. Annual bonuses. And you can keep prices low to make it cheap for the consumer while paying high salaries and great benefits. Everybody wins. All it takes my revolutionary friend is you get out there and do it. Just like your friends who pay themselves. You can do it.

The French are protesting the government's changing the retirement age. Not the corporations but the government.

thanks for believing in the alternatives to capitalism.

we will have a labor movement for affordable single payer healthcare to bring down those costs.

we will have a labor movement to write down housing debts with the profits of the banks. affordable housing will make us competitive again.

we will tax the rich so they cant corrupt our democracy. the govt will encourage workers working together as co owners.

When will "we will" happen? Won't ever happen if folks like you don't do more than just talk. Holding up signs at rallies won't change things. You have to put it into action by starting your own company and make the change happen. People talk all the time. If you want people to follow you have to lead by example. By the way if you take away the income from the rich you won't have their income to tax. You and your fellow workers who are all now making more because you own the company will have to pay more to support all the people who want great pay and benefits from the government. But that's ok because you believe in taking from those who are doing better to give to those who aren't whether that's not working at all or working for the government and thus not actually producing anything. So be sure to pay those taxes when all that money starts flowing into your new company. It's for the common good. Might mean you'll have to reduce your pay some to pay for everyone else. But that's fair.

And they already have. Why? Are they just greedy? Or is it because with an aging population and less people of a working age there's less revenue from taxes coming in? Maybe those workers should start their own companies so that they make plenty and support those no longer working too. No?
