I want to quit because of the recent BS happening at my center. But I'd be a fool to give up the bennies and the school funding. Now I'm torn between being a driver and giving up the school funding or staying a loader and going to school. I honestly don't know what to do.

Do not ing do that if you're pursuing a useful degree. Science/tech/engineering/healthcare/etc. Don't even do that if you're in trade school. A 30 year UPS career is not looking anything like what it used to.
