And mea culpa. They've bumped their monthly rate up to $250 a month. $200 two months ago. The best park in the area is $375 a month(or at least was). They offer all that this one does plus cable tv, indoor pool, super nice laundry room. And they're less than a mile from Wal-Mart so could do without a car with them.
