P1100 had the air brakes and power steering , was a controversy when the feds came out with the CDL , nobody had air brake endorsement and refused to drive those

We had a few of those, and I do remember there was some controversy and they got rid of all of them at some point.

I had 3 days with an on car sup and after that I was on my own.

I had 3 days with the center manager. Day one the first thing we did was stop for breakfast.
I thought,"This is gonna be a great job." After 3 days I was on my own.

First day on my own they did lighten it to about a 7.5 dispatch but the day after that it was 9 and the training wheels were off.

Actually, the dumbasses didn’t pull the little yellow button to even set the brakes. We had quite a few Rollways when we had those trucks.
