Online Integrad?? Holy smokes, girl, you better hope it's not. You'll have a rough time on-route if it is. CBT's are the worst way to train people and every newer person I've seen that wasn't able to get into Integrad had one hell of a learning curve to surmount.

Unfortunately I don’t think you’re going to get that much help here with that. Most of the package guys here are old salty dogs that learned the old school way. I do know at my hub, we never sent anyone out for integrad. It’s all done in house.
