Is a sick day or opt count as 5 punch?

If you work 40 in 4 days it's all OT anyways. I know I've used option days in the week and worked Saturday and received OT for hours worked. 32 straight, 8 option day, rest OT.

In my local you have to have 5 paid days to get OT on Saturday...if not you get paid straight time.

Option days count as paid report days.

If you have no days left, and take a day off Saturday is straight money...I learned this the hard way.

if u worked 40 in 4 days, then saturday would be straight time for the first 8 hours. because u would have already banked only 32 regular hours, the rest is already OT. this isnt considering a paid option day though.

You can call it 6 or a half dozen, it works out the same. The 8 regular per day would only come into play if you worked less than 40 in a week as we get paid OT daily unlike the majority of workers in the US.
