Is UPS probation period 90 working days or 90 days after your first day of work

Just wandering I started on July 21st 2016 on my first work day, and does my probation period mean 90 days including the day I worked or does it mean only 90 work days?.

Your probation will be so many days worked in a 90 day period, or however many days are in your probationary period.
