Seriously though...we ought to have a prominent "helper" thread and a "peak driver" thread which newbies would immediately see and go to for specific information the first time they logged onto Brown Cafe. We veterans who were willing to answer their "dumb" questions could do so while those who didnt wish to be bothered could ignore it entirely. And we could also prohibit the bickering and snarky remarks in that thread and limit it to information only.
