I would be interested in knowing if pkg car drivers in the listed areas have noticed increased activity of military/UN vehicles and equipment.

Yes. Blackhawks flying very low over populated areas, with surveillance equipment visible, and highways closed at night, but unmarked military style vehicles are on them. Feeder routes have been rerouted because of this. It's happening NOW!

This is the REAL purpose of JH. Federalize,militarize, and "work with" local LE. No need for mass amounts of military...if every local law agency is its own "paramilitary" organization. Heck, Al sharpton, (after a whitehouse visit) outright called for FEDERALIZATION of ALL police forces....read it and weep

If total martial law and lockdown is the point, why only in 4 states?
And let's just say for the moment, Jade Helm is what some claim and they do lockdown those 4 states, how will they then translate that to the other 44 and then Alaska and Hawaii?
The military runs all kinds of operations and within those operations can be a multitude of scenarios and purposes. It is even possible to use Jade Helm in some capacity as a psy-op to judge how people (even their own soldiers) would react should such ever need to occur.
The one primacy of any nationstate is that the nationstate itself survive, even to the total disadvantage of the very population it is claimed to which it serves. The total shutdown of Boston to allegedly search for the Boston bombers IMO served as much of a teaching moment to the police powers as to how compliant a public would be in such scenarios. IMO the total shutdown of the city was as much a test and learning moment as it was to capture the wanted bomber.
In any operation, there is as much a forces component as there is a psychological one. Any occupational strategy will consider both equally before moving forward.
During the Cold War any number of psy-ops were presented on an unsuspecting public to gauge public reaction. Enough information, thanks mostly to the 70's Church Committee hearings, we now know of operations like MK Ultra, Mockingbird, Monarch and even CoInTel Pro (Counter Intelligence Program) which document this kind of stuff and more.
I'm not convinced Jade Helm is what some claim but at the same time so much sunshine has been put on it now, it would seem impossible if the original intent was such. In that regard, the Alex Jones et al serve as a kind of wall from such occurring in some manner. I would also place Trick and his OP in that frame also.
If economic collapse is on the edge, at some point it will as all empires and their economics eventually do, and this is some harbinger of, the vast majority of Americans are so locked into learned helplessness, that if the faces in the media tell them so, they will be compliant to whatever the official state tells them and go right along with it without question.
Shut off the cable, lights and water and the masses will do whatever you want and not offer a peep about it. If such were to occur, there are a load of people on both the right and the left who've been cheerleaders for the status quo that will be faced looking into a mirror and hating what they see.

The military personnel participating in this exercise are probably having a good laugh at the nutjobs. What's funny is that the the crowd that is always agitating for more military spending and more wars in the middle east is all freaked out when the military actually conducts training exercises to prepare for what these people want them to do. It's like watching a cat chase it's tail.
