I think people do not want to take it because no one is being held liable for any side effects. There's talk about charging extra or refusing medical treatment for unvaccinated. What happens if the insurance companies wise up and use the vaccine as some sort of loop hole to deny medical claims for people who get sick? The insurance companies could always say that they aren't going to pay because the claimant took a vaccine knowing it was listed as experimental drug.
