Use ankle strap to condition the glute medias (outward kicks) which supports the hip and rearward kicks to strengthen the upper aspect of the glute group and lower back muscles as shown:

I thought it said "anal strap on" not "ankle strap on". There goes 3 minutes I'll never get back
