A 30 year preloader would be red circled and make the same hourly rate as drivers.

A little less in some locals but it would have been the same in mine. I made exactly the same rate when I preloaded and had to take an hourly pay cut to go driving. Of course there was only a 1 year progression to get back to full rate then also.

Its a diamond in the rough. Management will notice you are a hard worker, however they will take advantage of it.

All in all i dont think you should worry about it to much. Work as instructed.
