I should ask management then? He tattled on me Monday for texting him to stop pushing his work on me, this after he always calls center and tells them to give me his pickups.

I'm covering a route for a driver who just retired and I'm stuck next to someone like this, albeit not quite as bad. All you can do is WAD and CYA.
