Wouldn’t a prohibition of “sexual conduct” in public generally apply to both homosexual and heterosexual conduct? If do, what’s wrong with a city making that clear?
“Murfreesboro passed an ordinance in June banning “indecent behavior,” including “indecent exposure, public indecency, lewd behavior, nudity or sexual conduct.” As journalist Erin Reedfirst reported, this ordinance specifically mentions Section 21-72 of the city code. The city code states that sexual conduct includes homosexuality.”
So a city says that open sexual acts is illegal and y'all twist that to say they're banning homosexuality.
