Nope I am a Gen X who retired this year at the age of 55 and my pension and investments ( as well as having zero debt) allow me to live very comfortably . I volunteer with dog and cat rescues during the week as I dont have to have a paying gig . In short i do what i farking WANT to do every day. You keep them misloads coming,i'm sure you can retire one day. You'll go far kid

Personally, i think preloaders should be getting paid 30/hr starting. But think about it, the union wants turnover. They want people to contribute to the funds, then quit before they are vested. Prob a deal was made with the company, way back, that the pters would be the sacrificial lambs.

Half of our Midnight/Preload are 22.3 that make at least $30/hr. Had to just to get enough people to show up.
