It would be worth saving some drivers, these are grievances that date back starting 2008,2011 up to present. They can't get any grievances settled anyway. They might as well save some jobs and save the members money by not paying for them to go to Florida and get nothing done.

This isn't cool. Its the wrong attitude. If the union had any real power there would be reasonable opportunities for part timers to go fulltime. Someone stood up for many to get their job, but people today won't do it for us. These guys that went on strike did what they believed in, and now they need more people to believe in them. They need publicity, not just grumbling on a message board.

Why do you guys have so many terminations? In my opinion, it should have never came to being on the shoulders of the members. Sounds like your local missed something.
