That was a wild storm to be in, this was a neighboring center to mine. We were told at the pcm Wednesday that he had some injuries but atleast is alive.

The only warning we got back in the old days was if some farmer said his lumbago was acting up. Have I told you lately how tough we had it?

Holy frick! That is one heck of a massive tree. How are UPS drivers warned during Tornado's? Are you sent messages on the diad or expected to use some weather service on a smart phone?
They've told us to keep delivering thru tornado warnings. Never get a heads up on storms coming thru, we're on our own here. I'd like to hear if the driver had been warned of the conditions. Other than the "it looks like we may have weather coming be careful" at the morning meeting. Maybe someday our friends in I.E. will find a way to automatically notify drivers when severe storms are in their vicinity.
