Ok.

But your statement alludes to conspiracy.

Just follow the methods and procedures and policies.

Let the chips fall where they will. Pretty simple.
I agree.

I never mention how long following the methods will take when addressing the issues with management. I don’t want to appear or allow it to be even suggested that I am supporting or even suggesting an intentional slow down.

Always in support of a fair days work for a fair days pay based upon what is reasonable for each employee while strictly adhering to all methods and training with a priority placed upon adhering to safety training.

If you really had a plane, pilots license, and a corvette....

Braggarts like like you.... would post pics.
It ain't bragging if you got it.

It seems like bragging to an impotent loser as yourself.

And really, if I posted anything....you would somehow not believe it.

And really, my plane is unique and pretty easily tied back to me. I'm not going to give any of these wacko's(you) help.

I don't need to post pics of any of it....I'll go in the garage and the hangar....even sit in them and go zoom zoom.....like you can only pretend to do. And be jealous of...

? Why do have you to take a lunch. The contract doesn’t say you have to take lunch. I run a satellite route start at 10 load the truck and it’s after 11 before I put my 1st stop off. A 10hr day is 2100 if you take a lunch. I alway took my lunch at the end of the day on my way home. For 10+ years that is what most drivers have always done on the satellite routes. The higher ups are saying everyone must take a 1hr lunch right now. So some drivers are complaining now about how the satellite drivers take there lunch.

ARTICLE 18—MEAL PERIOD (FULL-TIME)

"Employees shall be entitled to and required to take an unpaid meal period between the third (3rd) and sixth (6th) hour of work."

At least you guys have actual language on it. I think it’s funny the guys who don’t take lunch complain about how other drivers take there lunch when they are forced to take a lunch. The drivers that always take there could careless.

Well, if you can opt out of lunch.....pretty soon.....it will just go away. 9.5 language had to be put in place for this very reason.

And pretty soon that won't be enough either and your stop counts and over allowed will go even higher.

No? It has and will.

If you are driving your lunch off....this is dishonesty. Beware.

I don’t work during my lunch. I just take mine at the end of the day since I run a satellite route since I have to load my truck and don’t put my 1st stop of till after 11. If I worked out of the building I would take my 1hr lunch. The satellite drivers have alway done it this way for 10+ years not a word ever said.

Lunch (unpaid time) has no bearing on 9.5 (paid time). Nobody should work during unpaid time.

Taking your lunch at the end of the day defeats the purpose of lunch. You are take dinner at the end of the day.
