I have a 4x4. Beer, whiskey and toe warmers. Although off topic, I bought a pair of boots new in box for kicking around in at the thrift shop. HA they are Polaris, wore them outside with very little in the sock area, and I never felt the cold. They are my new work boots!
Dont forget the generator.........if it turns to ice.....We have cleats, and both trucks full of gas if we have to syphon.
Meh. I live in town, and the 6 to 10 anticipated here is nothing.

I get ya. Its nothing to me either, but where I now live if the wind blows, the power goes out for days, And with a heart patient in the house, I bought a generator.
Fire it up and let it run for a minute. Also get the extision cords out.
Been there done that. We have it parked outside the garage when it is running with a 100 ft high quality construction x cord. Not our first rodeo.
