Massive FBI Scandal?

you inability to pay attention is distracting.

I have serious concerns about a FISA court being misled and or abusing its power intentionally. you have chosen to show no interest in investigating that possibility to ensure we don't have a secret government doing what they please with total impunity.

that puts you on the liberal left side of this issue that is trying to squash this issue in every way imaginable.

you words say no your actions say yes

We seem to be having parallel conversations.

The idea that the FISA court can abuse it's power is one concept, the idea that the FISA court abused it's power vis-a-vis Carter Page or George Papadopoulis? or the Trump campaign is a separate concept.

I don't agree with the FISA court generally, so I have no problems with honest attempts to revise/reform that court...

(Which didn't happen, at all, when FISA just got renewed...makes you wonder, if there are so many problems with FISA, like the ones brought up with Nunes' memo, why didn't major actors seek to change those problems? They didn't, hence they don't actually care about problems with FISA, they're just playing politics...)

But, that's not what we're discussing here, is it?

My personal views on FISA aren't the point.

You're assertion is that FISA was abused, I disagree.

Stay on target.

did any of them crush hard drives or erase 33000 emails?

did Mr. Price pay the price for his actions. was he held accountable?

how about Clinton sexual harrassers . were they held accountable?

Your answer to anything wrong in the Trump administration is...

What about Hillary?

Do you understand how that doesn't hold up?

Yes, memos.

oh good Maxine is here. so we have at least two African americans here defending this FISA action.

afrian americans revered MLK I think?

the FBI spied on MLK for a good 10 years. taping /listening in blackmailing etc.

but yet you gentlemen now defend the FBI on this action because a couple of white liberals tell you that you should do so?

am I missing anything?

Sure, I have no problems with that. The court itself seems problematic to me from a civil liberties standpoint, but that's just me.

Dems and Repubs alike keep screaming, "WE NEED IT, DON'T TAKE IT AWAY".

It's like the Patriot Act, once you give lawmakers that power, they're never going to want to give it back.

But, all of that really doesn't have anything to do with Nunes and his misleading memo, does it?

Not over nothing. Over partisan half truths and misleading innuendo that has Hannity and his @floridays followers adding 1 and 1 and getting 33000 missing Clinton emails, 200 corrupt officials, 4 dead marines, and a partridge in a pear tree.
Just like the Trump and Russians :bsbullf:.
Tit for Tat.
It's all fun though.

The memo revealed nothing new ...
The political parties have been weaponizing the National Government against US citizens and the opposite political party.
Start with FDR trying to expand the Supreme Court justices to gain control of the Judicial Branch
to McCarthy blackballing citizens and politicians
to FBI under Hoover blackmailing politicians and private citizens
to Watergate
to the Patriot Act
to selling guns to the Mexican cartel
to using the IRS to squelch dissent
and now using the DOJ/FBI to spy on and discredit Trump during an election.

And these are only the one's we know about!

Don't you know, they are part of the Deep State?:happy2:

Nunes next memo will address the part of the deep state that controls television ratings...

Trump's SOTU actually did have the highest ratings EVER, but it was manipulated, and people should be ashamed.

Bigger than Watergate, I tell ya!
