Remember your body needs six to eight glasses of fluid daily - straight up or on the rocks.

I just finished running a fast mile on the treadmill.
I was running for my life and because I can!!

Thank you in advance, I appreciate the concern and I do understand that my post is not "Meaningless."

I am not ready to start a new thread on this subject, however, I do want to plant a seed and everyone to think about this...

Saturday was a "Plan for the Unexpected" day.

We have a jar filled with random activities written on torn pieces of paper.
We draw a piece of paper on Friday night.

Saturday, my mobility was restricted. I could not walk.
We are not prepared to handle - me - losing my ability to walk.

We discovered, I would be sent to a rehab facility until our home becomes accessible.

(Being a person with MS, I do go to sleep at night knowing I may not be able to walk the next morning.)

(((aj))) Gotta call a contractor tomorrow! All my best wishes and a big hug for what it's worth.

Nooooooo....I am okay.

I really am okay. I have never been limited to a wheelchair.

I just want friends to stop and think.

Forgive me for mentioning SWM's, but they really are the core of movement accessibility and planing for the unexpected is often overlooked.

This experience was a eye-opening.

AND
We will have the bathroom remodeled and the whirlpool tub and single body shower ripped out and replaced with a huge shower for two.
(Think clean / dirty playground for two....)

I really like this avatar with the smiling smoking monkey.

I love the tape on the glasses and the pocket protector.

I didn't really like "Big Band Theory" until Amy (Blossom) appeared.

I feel your pain, AJ. I just found out more disks are "breaking down" in my neck and upper back. They have been bad since my 'accident' at work. (I put that in quotes as it wasn't one event. God, don't get me started on that.)
I am way to young to have this crap going on. I haven't gotten over the anger, yet. I guess that will happen with time.

I am humbled by how you handle everything with such grace, dignity and humor. You are someone I aspire to emulate.

God bless you.

Much love,
Trish

Anniversary number Seven.

I purchased new diamond for his wedding ring, a Scott Cameron Putter,

When we married, got him a ten dollar silver ring from Wal Mart and set of Cleveland Irons.
