Yes. I have to actually give him credit for his creativity. He had taken the picture of me and my daughter that I posted in the photo contest thread, edited her out and used it for his avatar. I reported the avatar and politely requested that it be removed. The PM I sent to 407 was much less polite but much more to the point.
