I hiked with one today. They are the most loyal breed I have ever encountered. Wifey wants one now. I say when I retire we will get a second dog. The dogs will then become my job

A TP6 is 600 cubic feet of empty space filled brick walled with pkg's.
The load can fill a 700cubic foot P7, easily.
P7's have the restriction of space by having shelves, wheel wells,and a spare tire.
After 16yrs of loading my pkg car and now at the age of 58, I can definitely relate.

WOW, 16 years being satellited! Let me bow before you. Been doing my satellite area for just about 3 years now. Can't imagine making a career out of it. Gets old loading for 45 -60 minutes in anywhere from 10 below thru 85 and humid. Curious as to what you do when its raining hard? Been planning on rigging up a tarp with bungee cords to fill the gap between the package car & TP60.

That is a beautiful animal. Kids have been after me for months to get a dog. How big do they get and how are they with kids?

They are big. I believe that Nana in Peter Pan was this type of dog. Go to the http://www.akc.org/ and check out all the breeds and carefully read about all the breeds and the standards of all the breeds. The AKC site is truthful about whether a dog is a barker or not good with kids. It helped me immensely in eliminating dogs and choosing the breed best for me.

Is a lot of grooming required? Does this breed need lots of exercise? Big yard? Small yard? So many questions! I had miniature schnauzers for 27 years. Great size, sturdy dog, but I got tired of the expense of grooming, so in choosing my present dog, I wanted very short hair. Do your homework.
