Thats how to do it. Even if your personal information wasn't posted UPS would still know exactly who you were.

Not what I said. Just that you should always be aware that UPS can see exactly who you are. As you already posted here, UPS will delete comments it doesn't like and there is the possibility of follow up by management. You should feel free to post your opinions but you should also be careful how you say it.
