Oh my God, did she really say that? What a maroon!
Out of curiosity, is WZ strictly right wing nonsense, or do the "bowels of the internet" contain left wing crap as well?
On a similar front, have you ever listened to the crazy junk on right wing radio stations in the overnight hours? Psychic sasquatches, alien abductions, conspiracies galore...oh...it's all making sense now.
Is NPR totally right wing?....that's where the inteview is from. Weasel gathers news stories all in one place and they are from everywhere ........ ABC, CNN, FOX, CBS, AP, Reuters, API, etc.
Way back when Gabby got shot and there was a service in the Phoenix area........the pres. said this violent talk has to stop......Both he and Debbie Downer flipped cause Palin used the word target.........using the phrase "one shot" when talking about a kid who was shot once is just plain stupid, insensitive and idiotic!! Other phrases could be much better...."one brush stroke" comes to mind. This is the paragraph from which WZ lifted the quote for their misleading headline:
Talking is good. Conversations have to be forever. You know, they can't come in spits and starts when there's an incident. I think we all need, as a country, to continue to talk about these issues, to understand our communities and the challenges that we face, which are different and unique depending upon where you live. It's all about, you know, continuing to get to know ourselves in a very diverse and complicated country that is America. It is a wonderful place to live. But because it is so diverse, our challenges are complex. So there isn't, you know, a one-shot solution to this. It is complicated. It takes time. It takes openness. It takes compassion. It takes patience. And it takes a lot of work. So we should all be ready to roll up our sleeves and keep doing that work.
As you can see, the "one-shot solution" quote, while stupid if posted alone, fits in nicely within the context of the paragraph.
If you want the left wing, just go to MSNBC.....................Out of curiosity, is WZ strictly right wing nonsense, or do the "bowels of the internet" contain left wing crap as well?
