You don't need to be a millionaire to buy property in Florida.
Condos go as less as 34K, 3 bedrooms homes for under 100K. Some even 75K.
You could even rent them out as vacation weeks/months, and even profit more.
MY plan : Sell my home, buy property in a cheaper province, and one south (2 for 1 exchange).
Thats my goal, anyways. See if it works and my health keeps up.
Not quite that cheap, unless you don't mind, retirement communitities, rural areas, or run down neighborhoods...
Educated people know a corporate tax is a consumer tax.

I'm not sure what prompted you to post that, has nothing to do with my response to Brett's 40% claim of Tea-jhadist are Democrats....Being that HealthCare was a big issue with the Tea-Jhadist, the point was those on the left think the Bill is to weak, they preferred Gov't option or single payer.....But I'll address your "out of the blue" blurb....
Of course....Educated people know a corporate tax trickles down in the form of a consumer tax, much more faster than exccess profits/benes trickling down and passed onto the consumer. And educated people know a reduction in corporate taxes (like the reduction experiment over the last 10 years), fails to reduce consumer prices anyway. It's important to stress that even if corporations pass on income tax increases to the consumer, they would be very unlikely to do the reverse. The oligarchy setting is one in which price cutting is taboo, even when cost reductions tempt such behavior. It's par for the course for corperate protectionists not to mention that.
