You didn't lie. You didn't steal it. Your not in trouble. They did the same thing to a guy i had to represent. They had the wrong truck number. The driver said he had never driven that truck in the 20 years he had been at ups. I stood up and said, give them your ID and yall walk him out. They wouldn't walk him out and gave him the day off with pay. These people beat all. They already had you guilty before you even walked in the office.

how do i get one of those steward guys???
i havent talk to anyone from the union or nothing even tho they have take $90 of my paycheck so far.


Just ask the other drivers who the steward is….even though you haven't qualified you can still ask for representation from the steward. As long as you didn't steal the phone, you have nothing to worry about
