It's surprising our company doesn't have more of these positions. Rather than hiring a handful of full timers who are paid well and thus show up daily, knowledgeable on various tasks and actually give a damn. We hire droves of pt's who steal, goof off, don't show up and quit after a short period starting the whole cycle again.
Our building has no full time hub jobs and we bleed partimers like an open wound
