Pretty sure that our members west of the Mississippi will go for it....
How many of the newbies who started driving in the last 10 years will stick it out for all 30? Not nearly as many as when I was started. Those are the folks who are going to want to have their pension contributions deposited in to their 401k's that they can rollover to their new jobs.

That is correct. I don’t know why they continue to say supplements need to be “finished” they can’t really be finished until some of the big issues in the national are negotiated. Could’ve been better if they said supplements need to be near finished or ready to go after the national.

It was in response to another poster that thought the strike vote was taken in June last contract time.
It's just unbelievable 5gwr some supplements don't have sick days while others don't have retiree healthcare

There is probably a real good reason why the Company is dragging their feet on every supplement and rider … they have been doing it for decades. These guys are not dumb and neither is our side.

Yeah, the I only thing new this time is we're getting updates from the International....that's nice.
It wasn't there long ago that our part times didn't get overtime for the 6 th punch.

Even the Southern is better than that.
Some places don't even have bid routes, just bid start times.
Some places get straight time for black Friday while others get time and a half and some.get double time.

It is here but you didn't have 6th punch language for part timers until 2013
