Biden signed the RLA in effect a month before the strike in order to deny the workers that right. Am I wrong in saying that? Because I’ve heard this before but don’t understand what you’re trying to say. Railworkers can strike normally right? Otherwise, what is the point of the union?
Yes you are wrong. The president has always had that power with the RLA.

Kinda, they can always be pushed back to work if Congress chooses to exercise that right, It would be a national economic disaster if they walked.

In theory, yes, they can. In reality, mommy and daddy will never let them.
EXACTLY if congress chooses to exercise that right. Congress chose to, and Biden chose to sign it.
