Negotiations

It’s a simple question. Can the railroad ever strike? Or does the president HAVE to intervene everytime?
"It's a simple question" followed by an array of your uneducated statements and unfounded perceptions (as usual).

So again, I gave you the resources to educate yourself, have at it.

I'll give you a hint though, it's not a simple question at all.

Lol, because you don’t want to answer it. It might make your Libby Mclib president look bad. Or no, actually it does make him look bad, really bad. Like worse then he already looked if that is even possible.

The railroads can strike but it isn't as simple as calling a vote to strike.

The RLA permits strikes over major disputes only after the union has exhausted the RLA's negotiation and mediation procedures and bars almost all strikes over minor disputes. The RLA also authorizes the courts to enjoin strikes if the union has not exhausted those procedures.

So he had to sign it? He had no choice? That’s not what the railworkers and every article written about the subject says.
It wasn't the first and won't be the last. That sucks for them and their bargaining power, but that is in the law. Maybe it needs to change but Biden was in a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Took the lesser of the two evils.

No, it would have been the lesser of the two for the republicans. But he claims to be pro union, every dem does. Apparently they are not. He didn’t have to do anything, and was told by quite a few people not to do anything. He did anyway.

Didn't meet the criteria.
Because Biden deemed it an emergency. Even though it never would have happened over 5 measly sick days. He screwed them of their right to strike and the company will absolutely own them in any future negotiations going forward. It was totally unnecessary, he didn’t have to do it, and he absolutely had a choice.

Yes it was the lesser. Economy was already teetering. cuckservatives would've blamed him if we went into a full recession then.

Laugh all you want, then realize that the only opinion I expressed on the subject is that you don't know what you are talking about.

....and you reaffirm that as true with every subsequent post you make.

LOL!!!!
Then tell me. I’m begging you. If the railroad can indeed strike, then who said no, you can’t this time?
