UPS has repurchased stocks at a nearly 5/1 ratio compared to FedEx. Those buybacks far outweigh any DRIP program run by UPS or FedEx. UPS buybacks over the last 5 years are greater than FedEx buybacks over the last 25 years.
Sorry, bad number. UPS has repurchased at a 2/1 ratio. I still believe the 4000% far outweighs any dividend and DRIP program.

You smell that?
He’ll extend it while we vote, not good look for him if he doesn’t. Remember this is all for the purpose of getting the union in the news these next couple of weeks, step back and look at the big picture. FedEx and Amazon employees are watching and the union knows it, we’re just pawns in this theatre.

I agree and I don't appreciate my livelihood being treated like that.

As the CEO of a publicly traded corporation, she has the legal obligation to divulge all operating strategies. If she is conducting secret meetings and making financial decisions without the full faith of the BODs, she and UPS should be investigated for SEC violations.
You are misunderstanding. Not every single tactical/strategy needs to report to the BOD. Anything that is required big budget/spending has to be approved by BOD. However, hundreds of things that are done toward the common objectives don't have to be reported and so on. You sound like you want everything to be done by the company has to be approved by the Union and BOD. Not grounded on reality.

If it shows up on the balance sheet, it must be approved. Extending morning stretches by 30 seconds per center better be passed by BOD.

I remember working late in a high crime area. I stepped on a loose piece of asphalt and like 20 cockroaches came scurrying out. I remember a hooker trying to jump in (ugly one tho lol). A random car threw a gatorade at me. Coming back with 60 stops. Leaving at 11 every day. I had 2 work hours left and they still forced me on Saturday for 20 stops, then offered 6 hours of inside work if I wanted my 8. Random strangers following me at night cause the ups app told them I had their crap. Cherry on the cake I had a gun pointed at me by a kid, then he ran off laughing.

Hey... I remember lotsa stuff, too. I remember Carol ordering Home Depot to purchase land & build stores, increasing the company's land & building holdings from 400 properties, to 2,200!

Some of the properties were only in use for 6-11 months, then sold. Turns out Home Depot stores are built exactly like generic warehouses. It kind of looked from the outside, that Home Depot was really a commercial real estate developer. The Chinese hardware in the stores, was probably just to keep the properties occupied, until a good price for the property could be attained.

They even expanded the real estate operations (oops, I mean retail stores,) into China (didn't go so well,) and Mexico (100+ additional properties,) with plans for Central & South America.

Here's how things went when they tried to liquidate the Chinese holdings...

You might want to find out exactly how much property UPS bought, during the pandemic, while the numbers justified it...

Dude…seriously??? If the part timers would actually vote or go to a union meeting maybe things would get better??? No engagement from 99% of part timers…right??
The Teamsters Union has a legal responsibility to represent all dues paying members if they vote or not. In Republican controlled RTW states the Teamsters have to represent non Union members. The Teamsters Union have not represented the majority of members for many decades.
