It's poor wording on the Unions fault when they brought this up.
It should be called lactation rooms, and any husband/father who's spouse breastfed understands (I would think).
You aren't actively feeding the baby, you are pumping so child care has milk for your child the following day, etc. It's important to keep milk production going. It's not woke or any of that sheep friending :censored2:. It's basic human nature

My wife did that, at home, not at a job.

Same here. But some men suck and leave their baby mamas, so instead of being a lazy piece of :censored2: they get a job at UPS for the good benefits. And are forced to leave their child to be raised by someone else. So, IMHO, good on UPS for allowing said person to rise up.

Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge

That isn't the issue, it where a woman finds time during delivering packages and doing it in an unsanitary package car

When my wife did go back to work she still used the pump at home. Plus, that milk has to be frozen at 0 degrees. A normal refrigerator freezer can’t go that low. I had to use my mothers deep freezer to store it, 34 years ago.

I think for the most part, you're correct. Although if you're talking about 3 pumps over an 8 hour shift, they'd be fine frozen initially and brought home to the chest freezer.

Why are we introducing breast feeding into are contract, what female is going to be able to deliver packages and then breast feed in-between
In case you didn’t know women need to collect milk throughout the day using bottles, and they shouldn’t be expected to do it in a dirty bathroom. Would you want your wife to do that? Why SHOULDNT this be in the contract? You make it seem as if the union the company have been arguing over this single article for days this was likely agreed-upon almost instantly.
