They were probably loaded up on 2023 vehicles this year..,
We had about 50+ new vehicles in our hub coming in lately. This is probably why. Also curious what we have to give up for it? Heat is an issue in the cargo area. Ac in cab is a big meh for me. Give me a good raise instead and a good 9.5 language.

I guess it depends on what part of the country you are in
Could you imagine being in the package car in Arizona in July and August when it's 120° and sunny outside.

All the high seniority drivers will get the new trucks, you’ll still have to wait ten years to get a new truck. It sounds great but it will be another 10-15 years for all the old fleet to retire and new trucks with ac to be implemented. Half the RPCDS will be retired by then.
