Laws were changed after the big bankruptcy rip-offs of the nineties and early 2000.
You can no longer discharge consumer debt (unsecured, based on credit rating, rather than collateral, which can be repossessed.) Mainly credit cards, lines of credit, short term payday loans, etc.

Student loans can't be discharged any more, either. The debt is "restructured" and placed as a lien that you eventually have to pay off. Basically, a modern debtors prison.

Unpaid medical bills are going this route in many states, too.

When did I ever say that?
Numerous times in the past. You can't make this stuff up. Needless elevated stress levels are the last thing you need now or before you know it you'll have another medical emergency. Hard line conservative media is what's going to end up killing you. And the billionaires you seem to think that the rest of us must sacrifice in order to protect are not going to give a rodent's rectum about what happens to you.

Head Start. Do we even know if the program is working? We've been dumping money into it for decades.
It’s government funded day care. Just another nanny state program. “Life is hard, the government should just pay for everything. That should work.”

According to an independent study done by the Brookings Institute Head Start has improved childhood literacy and increased high school graduation rates .Got something that says differently....let's see it.
So why do public schools continue to fail miserably especially in the big cites (a/k/a liberal controlled).

We have incredible number of people with no literacy and no job skills. And we are training them to expect the government to be their sugar daddy forever.

When did I ever say that I had no tax obligations? And where did I ever say protect the billionaires? The problem with people like you is you would restrict anyone being successful if you could.

For years you have been the corporate apologist always running to the defense of big business and billionaires. You told us yourselves that you've had no FIT liability along with the fact that you were too poor to buy health insurance. I'm not saying anything you haven't already said.

Give us some data about that "no literacy and no job skills". Are we dealing here with another self appointed expert with a high school diploma speaking from what he thinks is a qualified perspective regarding the state of public education in America?

I have never told you I didn't owe any taxes. And what I've done is be honest about the realities of business. I'm not willing to lie for labor's side, or for management's.

Recently came out there aren't any students in Baltimore and I believe Chicago in quite a few of their schools who aren't proficient in math or reading.

Post WWII illiteracy was 25-30% ... After trying a literate populace, late boomers & gen-x, they've decided to go back to illiteracy.

Helpless dumb people are easy to manipulate and control.

I wonder how they'll vote?

Any reduction in spending is "slashing", "starving children", and "killing old folk".

$500 billion in wasteful spending — including $118,000 from the National Science Foundation for a study on whether the Marvel movie villain Thanos could actually snap his fingers while wearing the Infinity Gauntlet.

Can you imagine if we reviewed each and every item for waste?
