Had a separate table.

And a ballot box.

they didn't check anything here but it was a secret ballot. Could they have pulled names of deliquent dues memebers beforehand? I know that wouldn't work in hubs and larger centers but in medium and small centers there couldn't have been many. Easier to wave off 1 or 2 potential voters than go through an entire list onsite.
