Then stop complaining about it and enforce it even if you’re not happy with the one you have now, it will create strength throughout the membership and leader ship. Your rights should be protected under the contract, but you should not be given special treatment, nor should a part-timer be continually doing full-time work. It violates the spirit of the language.I agree I have made some very good decisions with my life. Along with some very poor decisions. I also served 22 years for my country and have been collecting a military pension for the last 7 years. Isn't that why I belong to a Union and pay dues to protect my rights under the contract? The UPS/Teamster contract has changed a lot in the 45 years I have been here. Mostly at the expense of the new members. I would just like to see that change.
