No tax on overtime

This old retired package man is curious. What happens if Trump gets his no tax on
overtime passed. Do guys line up for all the OT they can get? Or do they continue
to file over 9.5. Feeder guys too.
I don't think it would make a difference.

Actually the second you ask UPS for massive overtime, I would expect the George Costanza opposite effect to kick in, near 8 hours days for everyone.

Wonder how they will replace the hundreds of billions in loss revenue. Increase the already out of control debt.

I also would expect all sorts of financial jumping through hoops in order to avoid taxes. That too will cut revenue.

Some teachers, social workers, people on salary, etc, work overtime, why don't they get a tax break but someone who earns tips does? Income is income.

I don't get it.
Have you seen how stupid kids are these days? Teachers don’t deserve a tax break. Social worker? Lol they should just take the worker part off of that.

Someone someone on a salary? I guess they don’t get overtime. Sounds like a perk of the job they took as a trade-off.

Republicans have all three branches of government. The debt will balloon. They can shut their pie holes from now on when it comes to fiscal issues. This country is doomed.

😂 Trump spent like a drunken sailor, his first term. What makes you think this will be different?
And how long has it been since either side took seriously the national debt or balancing a budget?

No tax on tips is just an easy headline to get people excited.

Also corporations will pay lower wages and tell people well your tips aren't taxed so you are actually making more.
